Auswärts bei den Telfs Patriots bewies unsere U16 dass mit ihnen gerechnet werden muß. Konnte man das Heimspiel vor ein paar Tagen ebenfalls hoch gewinnen war der Auftritt in Tirol noch eine Stufe dominanter. Besonders die Defense konnte sich mit 5 TD´s auszeichnen. Endstand 70:0.

HC Jamrio Howard: „First let me start with how happy i am for my players. The whole team prepared for this game very hard all week. In the first half we started slow but still managed to have a 20 point lead in the first half but we knew that 20 points would not be good enough to beat a tough team like the Telfs Patriots. The second half we played a perfect defensive game. The defense did not allow a single first down in the third and fourth quarter. Outside linebacker Jonathan had 3 interceptions along with several important Tackles. Middle linebacker Alexander also added two Interceptions returned 4 Touchdowns and our other outside linebacker Tristan had two Interceptions with one returned for a Touchdown. The u16 Defense is the heartbeat of this team and has only given up 3 first downs in two games but only by way of penalties.“
